Job Purpose
To lead and scale the Credit Card business for the organization at a national level, driving customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and profitability while ensuring strict adherence to RBI regulations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
• Own pan-India credit card acquisition, activation targets.
• Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with organization business objectives and risk appetite.
• Identify growth opportunities across urban, semi-urban, and emerging markets.
• Drive profitability through improved activation and fee income.
Channel & Partnership Management
• Manage DSA, corporate tie-ups, digital journeys, and field sales.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead Zonal and Regional Sales Heads across India.
• Drive manpower hiring, performance management and training.
• Build a high-performance and compliance-driven culture.
Risk, Credit & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and fair practice codes.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track MIS, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze competitor trends and market dynamics.
• Present regular updates to senior management.
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
Experience: 10–15+ years in Retail Financial Services with 5+ years of recent experience in Credit Card is mandatory.
Skills: Strong knowledge of organization regulations, multi-channel sales, analytics, and stakeholder management.
