Partner with a robust primary care referral base; in a catchment area over 1,000,000to build your successful practice. Enjoy a collaborative outpatientpractice with APP support, and full hospital/inpatient operations starting in 2027.

Position Details:

• Full-time clinical employment
• A mix of inpatient, outpatient and dedicated OR time
• Flexibility as we build and shape this new service line and facility
• Practice locations; 10101 Ernst Road, Roanoke, Indiana and 4105 Dicke Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Opportunities to participate in education, leadership, research, and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana
