Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 8am-5pm, 2-3 days per week Practice Setting: Outpatient Required Cases: Cognitive and/or Behavioral Neurology Fellowship is required Credentialing timeframe: 30 Days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications Required: Cognitive and/or Behavioral Neurology Fellowship is required Active New Jersey License
