Office Admin / Billing Coordinator

Role

Were seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin / Billing Coordinator to manage billing operations and support the administrative needs of our construction projects. This position is located in our office in South Burlington.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Support day-to-day office and administrative functions

Qualifications
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Quickbooks & Hubspot (Training available)
