Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Overview:We are looking for Office Clerk to join our Administration department. This role supports the daily operations of the office and provides administrative assistance across departments. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing client collections and ensuring efficient accounts receivable tracking.Responsibilities:Answer phone calls, emails, and other internal and external communicationsFile physical and/or digital documents and maintain organized administrative recordsUpdate reports and databasesAssist with purchase orders for office supplies and lunchroom needsConduct collections efforts via phone calls and emailsFollow up on accounts receivable, maintain updated records, and notify management of overdue balancesCoordinate document delivery and messenger services for clients and vendorsOrganize document or package deliveriesRequirements:Education: Business Administration or a related field (preferred)Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative or similar roles.
