Onboarding specialist - APAC
Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)
What will you do?
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding pre-identified candidates through the onboarding process. This person will be responsible for effectively managing the talent onboarding experience, guiding them through a successful orientation.
Responsibilities:
● Initiate and track all pre-placement screenings and ensure 100% completion of Right to Work and customer-specific verification requirements.
● Act as the central liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing real-time status updates and "cleared to start" notifications.
● Execute the "Ready to Hire" process in ATS. Drive outreach and engagement from offer acceptance to Day 1
● Ensure new hires are accurately placed on orders and assignments with total data precision.
● Address candidate enquiries and navigate onboarding hurdles by connecting talent with the appropriate internal contacts.
What we would like you to have:
● Strong proficiency in both Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PPT) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Slides).
● Strong judgment and the ability to resolve complex, non-routine issues in fast-paced environments with limited standardization.
● A customer-first mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a drive for continuous process improvement.
● A natural multi-tasker who can prioritise effectively and manage time with precision.
