We’re looking for a confident, stylish, and driven Online Sales Manager who can connect with high-value clients and help them discover timeless jewellery pieces.

Role: Online Sales Manager – WhatsApp & Digital Sales

Industry: Luxury Jewellery

Location: Delhi, On site

Experience: 4+ years (Luxury, D2C, Jewellery preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to WhatsApp inquiries from high-value customers

• Understand customer preferences and guide them through jewellery selections

• Build trust, follow up thoughtfully, and convert leads into sales

• Maintain lead records and coordinate with the operations team

• Deliver a polished, premium customer experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills

• Experience in luxury / jewellery / high-end retail sales

• Strong sense of aesthetics and product understanding

• Customer-first, detail-oriented, and target-driven

• Comfortable working with WhatsApp, CRM, and digital tools
