Location: Dover, NH

Rate: $26-30/hour - Based on experience

Adecco is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as an On-Site Recruiter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is driven by results.

As the on-site recruiting partner, you will play a key role in supporting our client by sourcing talent, building strong candidate relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and screen active and passive candidates for client openings

  • Meet weekly recruiting KPIs (calls, interviews, placements, onboarding)

  • Manage and facilitate the Adecco onboarding process

  • Provide outstanding customer service to associates and clients

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment OR
    1–3 years of recruiting experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to learn new systems and navigate software confidently

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local locations as required

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
