Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH + BOH support)
• Lead managers, shift leaders, and team members with accountability
• Maintain service speed, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor scheduling and labor % targets
• Monitor food cost, ordering, waste, and inventory controls
• Train staff on SOPs, cleanliness, and service standards
• Ensure strong opening/closing routines and prep readiness
• Handle vendor communication + operational problem solving
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and discipline when needed
• Keep the restaurant organized, stocked, and inspection-ready

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• 2+ years restaurant management experience (high volume preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication
• Organized, reliable, and proactive (no babysitting needed)
• Comfortable managing labor + controlling costs
• Can jump in to help anywhere when the restaurant needs it
• Strong standards for cleanliness, speed, and guest experience

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with breakfast/brunch volume
• Experience with POS systems, inventory tools, scheduling apps
• Experience leading multiple shifts/managers
