Operations tracks purchases from planning to purchase to delivery. This includes procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of inventory items to ensure adequate stock levels, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company standards. The Operation Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the procurement function within the organization and is responsible for overseeing the efficient management and control of all inventory-related activities within the organization. This role involves managing a team of procurement professionals, developing procurement strategies, and optimizing the procurement process to achieve cost savings and ensure the timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services. [ **Essential Duties** ] ・Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals, driving cost savings and operational efficiency ・Oversee inventory management, including audits, accuracy control, and minimizing overstock or shortages ・Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and resolve issues as needed ・Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and implement best practices ・Coordinate distribution and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery ・Manage procurement budgets, monitor market trends, and implement cost control measures ・Analyze data and prepare reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities ・Oversee sales order processing and fulfillment operations ・Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards while mitigating risks ・Lead and develop the procurement team, including performance management and fostering a collaborative work environment [ **Working Hours, Working style** ] 8 hrs/day *7am~ 10am to start(Flex) **Hybrid Working Style [ **Working Location** ] Santa Ana, CA [ **Salary/Benefit** ] $78-110K ・Health, Dental & Vision coverage, 401k plan(Health care: effective first of the month following 30 days waiting period.) ・401k plan (Require 3 months of service to be eligible.) ・Paid Holidays ・Sick Leave ・Discretionally Year-end bonus (TBD) may be available [ **Holidays** ] Saturdays, Sundays, and Major National Holidays [**Qualifications** ] **Required Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Several years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in leadership roles. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships. • Knowledge of procurement software and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations. • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • Proficiency with Google workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong attention to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CIPS). • Understanding of customs, VAT and Incoterms for export/import activities. • Strong knowledge and working experience with ERP. • Experience of BI tool is plus. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Strong math and research skills. • Basic knowledge of the differences between Nintendo Switch / Sony PS4 & PS5 / Microsoft Xbox game consoles. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Background working in Japanese manufacturing Company is plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
