Job Description: Oracle Cerner - Accounts Receivable + Collections Analyst

Role Overview: Seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) + Collections Analyst to manage the full AR lifecycle, streamline collection processes, and support revenue optimization through effective reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end‑to‑end AR lifecycle, including follow‑ups, denial handling, and collections

Monitor and optimize workqueues, payment posting progress, and outstanding balances

Develop and maintain AR and collection reports to track performance and identify trends

Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to reduce aging, improve cash flow, and minimize write‑offs

Support data‑driven decisions with insights from financial analytics

Primary Skill: Oracle Cerner - AR Lifecycle Management

Secondary Skill: Oracle Cerner - Reporting & work queues

Must Have Skills:

Financial analytics (KPIs, trends, performance metrics)

Experience with Cerner applications

Experience in healthcare AR, collections, or revenue cycle preferred

Strong analytical and reporting skills
