Are you an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant looking for your next big opportunity? We are expanding our Oracle Practice and looking for talented professionals across India!
Open Positions:
Senior Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM (Functional)
Location: Pan India (Remote/Hybrid as per project need)
Experience: 6+ Years (with strong Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience)
Key Requirements:
- End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Strong functional knowledge in modules such as:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Compensation
- Benefits
- OTL
Experience in Requirement Gathering, Solution Design & Client Interaction
Good understanding of HDL, Fast Formulas & Functional setups
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Configure and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Provide post-go-live support
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams
