Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support North America (NA) customers.

This role requires strong techno-functional depth with mandatory expertise in US Benefits, Time & Labor (OTL), and Fast Formula.

🔴 Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Oracle Fusion HCM – US Benefits
• Oracle Fusion HCM – Time & Labor (OTL)
• Strong hands-on experience with Fast Formula
• Fusion HCM Approvals & Security
• Experience delivering for NA clients from India

🟢 Good to Have

• Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR
• US Payroll
• Absence Management
• Compensation
• OTBI / BI Reports
• HDL / HCM Extract
• JIRA

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support NA customers with Fusion HCM implementations
• Handle complex US Benefits and OTL configurations
• Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas
• Manage approvals and security setups
• Conduct debugging and issue resolution for production environments
• Participate in solution discussions and architecture decisions

🚫 Out of Scope / Low Fit Profiles

• No US Benefits experience
• Pure technical (OIC / PaaS only)
• Only EBS background
• Pure functional without Fast Formula exposure

• Real-time US Benefits configuration experience
• OTL setup & debugging
• Fast Formula usage
• Approvals & Security understanding
• NA client delivery exposure
