Are you passionate about solving complex system challenges and ensuring seamless business operations? We’re looking for an experienced Application Lead to drive support and optimization for critical applications powered by Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as an SME to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Lead and mentor a high-performing support team
• Collaborate across teams to drive key technical decisions
• Monitor system performance and proactively address risks
• Ensure smooth functioning of business-critical applications

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing
• Strong expertise in application support & troubleshooting (cloud systems)
• Experience in system integration & data flow management
• Knowledge of incident management frameworks (ITIL preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex environments
