Oracle Cloud Plm Consultant

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM (Fusion) technical components. The role involves leading technical solution design, development, integrations, data migration, reporting, and performance optimization across PLM implementations.

You will collaborate closely with functional teams and client architects to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing PLM solutions—covering OIC integrations, PLM REST APIs, extensions, OTBI/BIP reporting, and DevOps practices.

This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in PLM technical development and want to contribute to enterprise-scale PLM transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment for Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Build PLM extensions using Application Composer, Page Composer, Flexfields, and REST APIs.
• Develop OIC integrations (REST/SOAP, ERP/SCM adapters, orchestration, mappings, error handling).
• Execute PLM data migration using FBDI for Items, Structures, AML, Changes, Quality, and PG&C data.
• Create and enhance OTBI/BIP reports, bursting, data models, and security configurations.
• Support CI/CD processes: Git branching, code reviews, deployment coordination across PODs.
• Work with global teams to ensure design performance, data accuracy, compliance, and end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution estimation, and pursuit support when required.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years total experience with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud PLM technical track.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLM technical components:
• FBDI, OIC, PLM Extensions, REST APIs, OTBI, BI Publisher
• Good understanding of PLM data models: Items, AML, Structures, Changes, Quality, PG&C.
• Experience in performance tuning, error handling, governance, and PLM security models.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile PLM (on-prem) for data migration or co-existence.
• End-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS security, attachment security, and role-based controls.
• Exposure to observability, logging/monitoring, APM tools, and L1–L3 support models.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES integration touchpoints.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., UDI, PG&C).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Strong practical experience in Oracle Cloud PLM technical implementation, integrations, and enhancements.
