Job Description:

Role: Oracle Commerce Cloud

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) implementations across B2B and B2C domains.
• Design and develop storefronts, catalogs, widgets, and integrations using OCC APIs and web services.
• Handle multisite and multilingual OCC configurations and deployments.
• Perform solution design, draft functional specifications, and drive implementation.
• Configure applications, prepare test cases, and execute testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT).
• Provide technical support for OCC platform and its integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OCC and integration issues.
• Work with Oracle support to resolve service requests and production issues.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Apply OCC analysis and design methodologies for full lifecycle development.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for OCC platform and integrations.
• Perform design, development, testing, code reviews, and post-production support.
• Create and manage integrations with Oracle EBS and platforms like Boomi and Oracle OIC.
• Develop storefront mapping, catalogs, and widgets using OCC tools.
• Use SOAP/REST/XML/JSON for web service integrations.
• Prepare quality deliverables including test scripts and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), ATG, and Endeca.
• Experience in both Classic and OSF implementations.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript frameworks (Knockout, React, Angular), Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Experience with Oracle Database (12c or higher) and SQL.
• Familiarity with system-to-system integrations and interfacing with Oracle EBS.
• Experience with integration platforms like Boomi and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST).
• Ability to assist business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
