Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Functional Support Analyst to support key strategic initiatives driven by rapid growth across multiple legal entities and ledgers, including the formation of a Bank Holding Company and Group Companies.

This role requires strong finance and accounting acumen combined with deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM. The successful candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant, and efficient Oracle EPM solutions.

The role supports financial users across North America and EMEA and requires participation in implementation projects, ongoing enhancements, and production support activities.


Job Responsibilities:


Functional Support & Enhancements (30%)

  • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules, primarily:
  • Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
  • Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
  • Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
  • Reporting
  • Analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements to support evolving business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into application configurations and operational solutions.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise technology standards and security policies.
  • Identify and implement platform optimization and best practices.

Production Support (45%)

  • Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM environment.
  • Address user issues, ad-hoc reporting requests, and system-related incidents.
  • Support periodic patching and system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and security protocols.
  • Provide late-night production support and occasional weekend implementation support as required.

End User Requirements Management (20%)

  • Gather and document detailed system requirements and functional specifications.
  • Produce standardized documentation including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Specifications
  • Data flow diagrams
  • Test plans
  • Swim lane and process diagrams
  • Collaborate with internal and external Oracle development teams to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training initiatives.

Project Support (5%)

  • Participate in full SDLC lifecycle activities including configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist in project planning and tracking (MS Project experience preferred).
  • Liaise with cross-functional IT teams including infrastructure, database, security, and operations.


Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Reporting).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM architecture and concepts.
  • Solid finance and accounting knowledge (consolidation, close, reconciliations, financial reporting).
  • Experience translating end-to-end business processes into system solutions.
  • Ability to identify key integration points across business and IT domains.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working across global teams (North America and EMEA preferred).

Understanding of change management and security compliance processes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects across full SDLC lifecycle.
  • MS Project proficiency.
  • Experience working with Bank Holding Companies or complex multi-entity organizations.
  • Prior exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integration is a plus.
