Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Location: PAN India

Experience Range: 6 Years & Above

Job Description:

Oracle HCM Technical – BIP, HCM Extract, Fast Formula, REST API, HDL, Data Migration

Technical Consultant – Understand Business Requirements, technical design documentation, development, testing, error handling

• Technical Consultant with implementation experience in outbound and inbound integrations in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Data migration with HDL experience
• Integration development and technical architecture design in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Preparing functional and technical design documents
• Experience in generating reports through BI Publisher using post payroll data, tax reports, costing reports
• Efficiency in building reports using RTF templates
• Interact with Customer in a day-to-day basis
• Efficient in BIP reports, Payroll Flow, HDL and Fast Formula
• Knowledgeable on REST API capabilities and the experienced with similar integration developments
• Knowledge in integrating Oracle HCM cloud integrations using OIC as a middleware
• HDL data load and debugging HDL errors
• Good Functional knowledge in Core HR
• Experience in Payroll implementations (Good to have)
