POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales Representative

REPORTS TO: General Manager

DEPARTMENT: Sales

POSITION SUMMARY: Establishes new accounts and maintains relationships with existing

customers in efforts to grow sales.

Essential Job Functions:

• Establish new customer accounts through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and office generated leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our existing customer base.
• Communicate effectively with shop team to ensure 100% follow-through and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong tire and service knowledge to educate and provide recommendations to customers.
• Continually strive to drive sales.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, negotiation and communication skills.

Requirements:

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 Years of successful sales experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive service market.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attitude
• Valid Drivers Licensee

Compensation details: 50000-50000 Yearly Salary
