Key Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Present, explain, and sell insurance products clearly and ethically
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy details
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding and policy servicing
