Job Overview
Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We need someone who isn't afraid to pursue new business opportunities as we continue to expand our reach. You will sell skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable workers. Must possess strong sales skills and a passion for the construction industry to be considered.

Duties:

Prospecting and building relationships with General contractors, subcontractors, and Superintendents.

• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices
• Closing new business and expanding current accounts
• Working with the Operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction
• Managing a book of business and growing your territory

Skills Needed:

• Staffing, construction, and sales experience would be ideal, but not required
• Must feel confident walking onto a construction site or walking into a General contractor's trailer
• Great relationship builder, organized, proactive.
