Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement (1099)
Ventura County & Los Angeles County

We are a growing home improvement company specializing in energy-efficient upgrades for residential homes. We’re looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team and help homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and value.

What We Offer

• 2–3 preset appointments per day
• Complete training provided

• Commission payouts every Friday (based on jobs completed)

• Schedule varies based on appointment times

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (outside this industry is fine)
• No home-improvement experience required
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Laptop
• Ability to carry at least 40 pounds
• Comfortable performing roof inspections (approximately half of our business involves roofing)
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
