The AI Dudes is an AI solutions company helping local service businesses — plumbers, roofers, HVAC techs, electricians, and contractors — dominate their market with cutting-edge AI tools. We build systems that answer every call, run smarter ads, manage reputations, and make our clients the #1 result everywhere their customers search.
We're growing fast and hiring sales reps to own their local territory. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field every day — knocking doors, making calls, building relationships on social media, and running a proven 6-channel outreach system we've already built and battle-tested. You get full training, proven playbooks, and a commission structure that rewards closers with no ceiling.
What You'll Do Every Day
- Make 50+ outbound calls to local business owners
- Canvass 15–20 businesses door-to-door
- Engage in local Facebook groups and build your personal brand online
- Send personalized outreach via Instagram and social channels
- Create short video content to attract inbound interest
- Run product demos over Google Meet and in person
- Close deals and build a book of recurring monthly revenue
- Track your numbers daily using our KPI scorecard and CRM
This is a full 6-channel outreach system — not "just cold calling" and not "just door-to-door." You'll run all six channels and the playbooks tell you exactly how.

What We Need From You
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally (required — you'll be in the field daily)
- Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door, and hearing "no" 50 times a day
- Self-motivated — you'll run your territory like it's your own business
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Willing to create video content and use social media for business development
Ideal Candidate
- Door-to-door sales experience (solar, pest control, roofing, home services)
- B2B or outside sales background
- Real estate, insurance, or financial services sales experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you've started something or run a side hustle
- Comfortable on camera and active on social media
- Competitive, coachable, and hungry to earn
Sales experience is preferred but hunger matters more than a resume. If you've never sold before but you've got the drive, the discipline, and thick skin — we'll teach you the rest.

Training
You'll go through a 1-week intensive, hands-on training that covers:
- All products and how to demo them
- Our complete sales playbook — pitch, objections, closing
- The 6-channel outreach system — canvassing, cold calls, social media, video, letters, DMs
- Live field day — canvass and cold call alongside an experienced trainer
- You'll be ready to hit the ground running on Day 1 in your territory
Growth Path
This isn't a dead-end sales gig. We're building a nationwide team and the people who get in early lead the next wave.
- Sales Rep → Senior Rep (6+ months, higher commission)
- Senior Rep → Territory Manager (lead new hires, earn override commission)
- Territory Manager → Regional Director (salary + override on all territory revenue)
