About the Role

Our organization is actively seeking an experienced Part-Time Finance Executive with a strong focus on accounting and financial reporting. The right candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a CFO in a SaaS environment, along with a comprehensive understanding of GAAP accounting principles. Proficiency in using NetSuite software is essential, and a CPA certification is highly desirable.

This role is an excellent fit for a proactive finance leader who excels in establishing and maintaining effective accounting operations while ensuring precise financial reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key responsibilities will encompass:

• Leading general accounting operations
• Overseeing financial close processes
• Preparing financial statements for executive management and private equity stakeholders
• Managing external audits and tax filing processes

Successful candidates will demonstrate prior experience as a CFO or Controller in a SaaS or technology company, ideally within a private equity-backed setting. A deep understanding of accounting operations, financial closurers, and external reporting, along with strong expertise in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills, is critical.

The selected individual will play a key role in enhancing accounting procedures, documentation, and systems to support the company's growth trajectory. They will also ensure compliance with GAAP standards, uphold strong internal controls, and fulfill investor reporting requirements. A dynamic and effective leadership style, along with the ability to succeed in a fractional role, is essential for success in this position.
