Partnerships Assistant Manager (Business Development & Project Management)

Key Responsibilities:Event-Based Partnership Execution (including ISCA Conference, Tech Fairs, Roundtables)Lead the end-to-end execution of key sponsored eventsCuration of content and speakers for all sponsor entitlementsSupport in the development of conference & exhibitor activitiesCollaborate with marketing teams to curate event themes, identify speakers, and develop compelling branding, campaigns and personalised invitations

PartnershipsSupport the growth of the ISCA Partnership Program in achieving sponsorship revenue targetsManage ongoing sponsor relationships with a focus on retention and value delivery.Manage and improve performance metrics of entitlements to sponsorsInterface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with sponsors to build business partnerships and support company growth.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives

What we're looking for:Degree in Accountancy or Business preferredMinimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to project management, events, business development, sponsorship or stakeholder engagement.Strong in analytics, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost allocationsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and event management platforms.Experience in member-based/B2B organisations, higher education, professionals, or roles involving education, engagement, or events is a plusExcellent project management skills to handle multiple projects/ priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersDetailed-oriented and organised to ensure accuracy and quality of programme developmentAble to work independently in a fast-paced environment and display abilities as a good team player.
