Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time position for the 20262027 school year offers a rewarding opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services to students in grades K12. Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in early childhood through elementary and secondary grade levels.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, especially within early childhood and elementary school settings.
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and relevant state licensure.
- Strong skills in assessing and treating a broad range of pediatric speech and language disorders.
- Ability to manage caseloads with varying degrees of need, from moderate to profound.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
