Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is located in Clifton Park, NY, and focuses on providing specialized speech therapy services to students with a variety of disorders and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for middle school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students specific communication needs.
- Provide direct speech therapy services within a self-contained classroom environment.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support student progress.
- Utilize teletherapy techniques when appropriate, alongside in-person therapy sessions.
- Document and track student progress in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
- Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with middle school students.
- Familiarity with treating a variety of disorders and disabilities affecting speech and language.
- Ability to work effectively in a self-contained classroom environment.
- Experience providing teletherapy services is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of pediatric speech-language pathology and healthcare settings.
