We are looking for a curious and driven individual to support our growth initiatives.


The Role:

We are looking to onboard a seasoned professional to join RISE as a Principal Consultant. This is a pivotal role designed for someone who can bridge the gap between high level vision and ground level execution. You will sit at the heart of the firm, overseeing projects, managing the team, and driving the growth of RISE alongside the Founder.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the firm’s long-term strategy, execution & identifying new market opportunities for scaling the business
  • Lead the charge on new business development, from initial outreach strategies to closing high-value partnerships & maintaining key relationships.
  • Build and sustain deep, long-term relationships with existing clients for furthering strategic partnerships
  • Act as a key spokesperson for RISE at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build brand presence & visibility.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment mandates to maintain our 100% closure rate.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of all consulting projects, and work with the team to maintain high excellence and consistency.
  • Bring creative thinking & innovative approaches to increase RISE’s presence & visibility for its people development solutions
  • Lead & manage a team as the the company grows


Skills & Experience:

  • 6-8 years work experience in people consulting, development role which is a combination of some strategy & more operational delivery (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience & proven track record in executing & closing leadership recruitment mandates (preferred)
  • Be versatile in handling new clients from pitch to delivery & closing
  • A natural ability to network, generate leads, and build long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Able to manage a team, delegate effectively, and maintain a sharp eye for detail.
  • The ability to navigate high stake conversations while maintaining the empathy essential for people development work.
  • Can thrive in a startup environment, balancing strategy with the agility to execute on the ground.
