What does the role looks like?People Analytics & Insights (50%)Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards covering:Workforce productivity across all Business Units (BUs)HR headcount, workforce composition, and trendsAlignment between people deployment and business revenueAnalyse workforce data to identify:Productivity gaps and improvement opportunitiesHeadcount efficiency and resource optimisationOrganisational structure effectivenessGenerate regular and ad-hoc people insights to support:Leadership reviews and business planning discussionsWorkforce planning and organisation design initiativesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR and business reportsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders Business Partnering (50%)Partner Business Unit leaders to understand:Operational challenges and workforce needsProductivity drivers and performance constraintsAct as a trusted HR advisor by providing data-backed recommendationsSupport HR initiatives using evidence-based insights, including:Organisation design and restructuring exercisesTalent and workforce optimisation planningCollaborate with HR teams to align people strategies with business prioritiesBridge the gap between business requirements and people analytics solutions

What are we looking for?Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related fieldExperience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce analyticsExposure to HR business partnering or stakeholder-facing roles preferredExperience analysing productivity, headcount, or organizational data is an advantage
