About the RoleWe are looking for a highly result-driven Performance Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience in scaling sales for Shopify-based ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate should be deeply skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion-focused strategies, with a strong understanding of D2C growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive revenue growth and ROAS for Shopify store
- Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining CAC targets
- Manage full funnel marketing (awareness → conversion → retention)
- Work with tools like KwikEngage, Shopify analytics, and tracking systems
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and growth hacks
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Proven track record of scaling Shopify ecommerce sales
- Experience working with D2C brands or marketplaces
- Deep understanding of:
- Performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPA)
- Audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Experience with tools like:
- KwikEngage
- Shopify backend & analytics
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Ability to manage high budgets and deliver consistent ROI
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Someone who is obsessed with numbers & growth
- Can own revenue targets, not just run ads
- Proactive, experimental, and performance-focused
- Has experience scaling brands from ₹X to ₹X+ revenue/month (preferred)
- Experience in supplement / health & fitness category
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience with email/SMS marketing flows
