We're searching for an organized personal assistant to provide administrative support and help us operate more efficiently. You'll answer phone calls, schedule meetings, run errands, arrange travel, document meeting minutes, keep track of important paperwork, and assist with other duties as needed. Responsibilities: Duties would include: • Interfacing with the Los Angeles office • Handling phones (including rolling calls, managing call logs, etc.) • Scheduling, making appointments/reservations/travel arrangements • Running errands • Assisting in the day-to-day management of the office • Personal assistant duties for executives would also be expected • Run errands and pick up orders as needed • Arrange travel, including hotel, flight, and transportation • Plan meetings, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized • Answer phone calls and emails, and relay important messages to increase our productivity • Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome Qualifications: Special skills and qualifications include: • Previous experience as an assistant, clerical work, and some managerial experience • Strongly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Candidates should be extremely detail-oriented and goal-oriented • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, clerical skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and an ability to exercise good judgment • Show initiative, be proactive, and have high standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information • Must submit with a cover letter • Ability to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or GED required • Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or a related job with administrative tasks Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
