JOB DETAILS:

- Great opportunity to join a small HIGH GROWTH manufacturer of medicines in a specialty therapeutic category

- Manage a team of 8 pharmaceutical reps calling on Primary Care and Endocrinologists

-West District = AZ, CO, UT, NV reps located from Phoenix to Denver to Salt Lake City to Las Vegas (3 of the 8 reps live in the Greater Phoenix area)

- Must be comfortable with up to 50% overnight travel

- Base salary range is $160K-$170 (depending on experience)

- Incentive plan offering an additional $42K at target, uncapped

REQUIREMENTS:

- The ideal candidate will have min 2 years of frontline pharmaceutical sales management experience

- 4-year bachelor's degree

- Must have a documented track record of success/awards
