Experience: 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Polarion ALM administration

Role and Responsibilities :

• Administer, configure, and upgrade the Polarion ALM platform with strong architectural understanding
• Customize workflows, forms, fields, and reports based on business requirements
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access control ensuring system security
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Integrate Polarion with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines using REST APIs/web services
• Perform data migration, backup, and recovery activities
• Utilize scripting knowledge (Java/JavaScript) for customization and automation
• Work with Linux/Windows server environments for system maintenance
• Good understanding of ALM/SDLC and Agile/DevOps practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Provide user support, training, and documentation with strong communication skills
