(Pre‑Sales | US Customers)

Location: India (Remote / Hybrid) Overlap with US business hours required

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced “Solutions Architect” to support pre‑sales, solution design, and customer engagement for SaaS, Cloud, AI‑enabled, and NetSuite ERP solutions. This role is highly customer‑facing and involves delivering compelling presentations, demos, and architecture discussions to the USA and Global customers while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution walkthroughs to US customers

· Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business, finance, and ERP requirements

· Define SaaS and cloud architectures with a focus on scalability, security, and performance

· Explain and position AI‑driven capabilities such as automation, analytics, and forecasting

· Support RFPs/RFIs, PoCs, and pilot engagements

· Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams

· Helps the Dev team to design and develop end‑to‑end NetSuite ERP solutions, including Financials, Order Management, Inventory, etc…

· Design NetSuite customizations and integrations using SuiteScript, workflows, APIs, and iPaaS tools

Required Skills & Experience:

· 10-12+ years of experience as a Pre‑Sales Consultant, Solutions Architect or NetSuite Architect

· Excellent English communication and presentation skills

· Proven experience working with the USA and Global customers and stakeholders

· Exposure to NetSuite ERP (functional and/or technical)

· Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data‑driven solutions

· Solid understanding of finance and business processes

· Exposure to designing SaaS and cloud‑based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

· Knowledge of integrations, APIs, microservices, and data flows

Preferred Qualifications:

· Pre‑sales or consulting experience in enterprise ERP or SaaS products

· Exposure to AI‑enabled finance or ERP modernization initiatives

· Exposure to conduct high‑impact demos that convert into closed deals

· NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, Developer, SuiteFoundation)

Educational Qualification:

· B.E/B. Tech from a reputed college or University

· Certifications in NetSuite ERP and AI technologies is an added advantage
