Principal Network Engineer

Principal Network Engineer - €100,000 - €105,000 The Role You'll be responsible for developing secure, high-availability network architecture across a hybrid cloud/on-premise environment (AWS, Azure, GCP). The position involves both greenfield cloud-focused work and legacy infrastructure migration. You'll collaborate with TechOps, DevOps, InfoSec, and senior engineering stakeholders to drive automation, observability, and resilience across the stack. Key Requirements 10+ years in enterprise-level networking and infrastructure Deep hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama administration) Strong knowledge of Juniper switching/routing, including VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF Experience in network security, VPNs, wireless, authentication protocols (e.g., RADIUS, LDAP) Proven ability to work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) Exposure to hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Preference for candidates with stable, long-term career history Nice to Have Relevant certifications (PCNSE, JNCIP, CCSP, ITIL) Experience with disaster recovery planning, monitoring tools, and config management platforms Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
