Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer (Electrical) to support the design, integration, and testing of electrical systems for semiconductor equipment. This role works closely with system engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure reliable, compliant, and high‑performance system delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with system engineers to define electrical system and subsystem design specifications.Design electrical interlock systems and AC/DC power distribution architectures for semiconductor equipment.Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure subsystem delivery meets design, quality, and reliability requirements.Integrate and test electrical subsystems to support equipment development and release.Design and support diagnostic tools and fixtures for manufacturing and field service applications.Provide technical escalation support, including participation in customer calls and on‑site technical discussions.Prepare technical presentation materials for engineering design and review forums.Conduct prototype testing and troubleshooting, and produce structured analysis and test reports.
RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience supporting semiconductor equipment development.Hands‑on experience in motion control systems.Practical exposure to PCBs, frame grabbers, CCDs, capacitance gauges, A/D boards, and I/O boards.Strong working knowledge of AC and DC power distribution systems.Familiarity with Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols.Experience in cable design and technical documentation.Working knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.Strong troubleshooting capability with clear technical communication skills.
