🚀 We’re Hiring | Procurement Manager – Manufacturing (Bijnor, UP)

We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a global leader in food manufacturing and agri-processing, known for its innovative products and strong international presence. Our client is setting up a world-class integrated processing facility in North India and is looking to strengthen its procurement leadership team.

🔹 Role: Procurement Manager

📍 Location: Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end plant procurement (RM, PM, engineering spares, capex, services & indirect materials)

✅ Ensure uninterrupted supply and drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing

✅ Vendor development, qualification, audits & performance management

✅ Handle RFQs, negotiations, comparative statements & PO finalization

✅ Drive ERP-based procurement governance (SAP preferred)

✅ Ensure quality compliance (COA, certifications, BRC standards)

✅ Own PR–PO–Invoice lifecycle, spend analytics & dashboards

✅ Collaborate with Production, Quality, Finance & Supply Chain teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

🎯 9–12 years of procurement experience in FMCG / Food / Agri / Manufacturing industry

🎯 Strong exposure to direct, indirect & capex/project procurement

🎯 Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

🎯 Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills

🎯 Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations background
