Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in area of procurement of materials, Project contract & services and power plant services.
• Analysis & evaluation of RFO/Requisitions.
• Knowledge of preparation of Procurement 's terms & conditions.
• Prepare Tender Documents / Enquires.
• Identification & selection of Vendors for requirements.
• Making comparative statement
• Assisting in negotiation process in respect of bid proposals.
• Evaluating past performance of contracts and carrying out rate analysis.
• Reviewing vendor's performance periodically and evolving vendor development system.
• Cost effective evaluation for ARC, costing for AMC of services.
• Knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS) which Comprising of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001
• Coordination with Maintenance dept., Project dept., Account dept. and other dept.

Qualifications

• B.E (Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent)
