About the Role:
We are partnering with a growing and well-established insurance organization seeking an experienced Producer Recruiter to join their team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing insurance producers, specifically those with established books of business.

This is a strategic, relationship-driven recruiting role ideal for someone who understands the insurance landscape and can evaluate both production history and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and hire experienced insurance producers with existing books of business
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through networking, referrals, and industry outreach
• Evaluate candidates’ production metrics, revenue history, and business viability
• Partner with leadership to align recruiting strategy with growth initiatives
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage
• Attend industry events and build relationships within the insurance community

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience within the insurance industry
• Proven experience recruiting insurance producers
• Strong understanding of producer compensation models and books of business
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to assess revenue potential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated and results-driven
