Role: Product development Manager

Experience required: 10 to 15 years

Location:- Bengaluru/Indore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Noida

Required technical Skillset:-

• Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of Payments products
• Strong exposure to manage the Product development work, having led the product engineer Stream on Payment Product.
• Implements process improvement initiatives and improve customer/implementation satisfaction
• Capable to handle multiple stakeholders in product Engineering group

Must Have Skills:-

• Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies
• Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
• Good analytical abilities
• Good Communication skills
• Awesome team management skills

Role Description:-

• Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
• Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
• Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
• Provide review on critical dependencies on the product (both functional and technical)
• Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
