Product Development Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Design & develop automation software for industrial and machine tool applications
• Build and maintain motion control programs for multi-axis systems
• Configure SCADA/HMI systems for monitoring, diagnostics, and operator interfaces
• Develop and manage databases for machine data logging and analytics
• Implement communication interfaces (Ethernet/IP, PLCs, CNCs, drives)
• Program using Structured Text (IEC 61131-3) and modern IDEs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Perform testing, debugging, validation, and continuous improvement
• Create and maintain technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in industrial automation and machine tool applications
• Hands-on experience in motion control (axis control, synchronization, interpolation)
• Experience with SCADA/HMI and database integration
• Proficiency in C/C++ and SQL
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, etc.)
• Familiarity with Structured Text (IEC 61131-3)
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and analytical skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ Years experience
