Role Overview

We are lookingfor adrivenandanalytical Product Manager to ownend-to-endproduct

initiatives across our fintechecosystem. You will work closely withEngineering, Growth, Risk,

and Operations teams tobuildscalable, customer-centric solutions thatdrivemeasurable

business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Owntheproduct lifecycle fromproblemdiscovery → PRD → launch→ iteration
• Write clear andstructured PRDs,user stories, andacceptance criteria
• Collaborate cross-functionally withEngineering, Design, Growth, Risk, and Business
• teams
• Defineproduct roadmaps andprioritizebasedonimpact andfeasibility
• Analyzeproductperformance,funnels, anduserbehaviorusingdata
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, andcontinuous optimization
• Translatebusinessgoals into scalableproduct solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Product Management experience (preferably infintech/startup
• environments)
• Stronganalytical skills withhands-onexperience inSQL andExcel/Google Sheets
• Experience workingin Agile environments withengineeringteams
• Ability to think structurally andsolve complexproductproblems
• Strongstakeholdermanagement andcommunicationskills
• Workingunderstandingof APIs, integrations, andsystemworkflows
• Comfortusing AI tools to enhanceproductivity,documentation, research, andproduct
• discovery
• Basicunderstandingofprompt structuringto improve research, analysis, and workflow efficiency
