Job Title: Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Product Manager who can drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery in close collaboration with Engineering and Project Management teams. The role requires translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks while ensuring Agile discipline, product quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sprint planning, execution, and timely delivery with minimal spillover
• Convert business requirements into clear user stories and technical tasks
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Project teams to resolve blockers
• Monitor team KPIs (velocity, delivery, defects) and drive improvements
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and lead sprint ceremonies
• Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and release validation
• Provide technical oversight on architecture, scalability, and integrations
• Support team capability building, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
• Maintain clear documentation (PRDs, user stories, release notes)

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering (Mandatory)
• MBA (Preferred)

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Backend: Python (Django / Django REST Framework), REST APIs
• Frontend: React.js
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and integrations
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, basic deployments)

Product & Execution Skills

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Expertise in PRDs, user stories, backlog management, and prioritization
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp

Performance & Process Orientation

• Experience defining and tracking team KPIs
• Strong focus on execution discipline and continuous improvement
