Employment Type: Permanent

Required

· Strong analytics: defining KPIs, building dashboards, running experiments, and making data-driven trade-offs.

· Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and virtual agents/chatbots.

· Proven stakeholder leadership across Operations, SRE/Engineering, Security, and/or Compliance.

· Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to author policies, knowledge articles and product documents.

• Familiarity with Incident response practices, CAB, problem resolution, Event correlation, request management and change governance.

Desired

· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.

· Technical understanding of Al model lifecycle, APIs, cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

· Experience working with MLOps and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)

· Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, RAG architecture, or conversational Al.

· Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Al/ML certifications or ITIL certifications.

Education

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
