Product Manager

Job Description Summary: Product Manager - Hybrid: Durham, NC - W2 only, No C2C - $65-$75/hr - 6+ month contract Job #: 3027911 Description Our Client is modernizing its clinical ecosystem to support the next generation of clinical diagnostics, workflow automation, and scientific innovation . Requirements 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software environments. Familiarity with biotechnology, medical technology, and diagnostics domains. 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments, including tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, LOINC, and SNOMED. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate delivery, enhance quality and consistency, and drive business impact. Bachelor’s degree required.

Must be eligible for rehire at the Client. Preferred Requirements 1+ year of experience with LIMS platforms, instrument integrations, or laboratory automation systems. Strong understanding of architectural patterns, platform design principles, and reusable workflow components.
