Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap that aligns with company goals, ensuring a strong product-market fit Partner with key stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends, and translate them into innovative product features Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product execution and delivery. Serve as the product champion within cross-functional teams Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities for innovation, and understand competitive landscapes Ensure the product meets performance, quality, and cost requirements while adhering to timelines for market introduction Qualifications 7+ years of product management experience with a strong preference for experience in the automotive, dealership, or robotics industries.

Proven expertise in guiding a hardware prototype development through launch, and successfully scaling it for market impact Strong understanding of hardware product development, including prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes Deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, with a proven ability to integrate customer feedback into the product development process Understanding of cost structures with the ability to make trade-offs between cost, performance, quality, and time to market Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data to make informed, strategic product decisions Ability to develop and clearly communicate a product vision that aligns stakeholders and drives execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
