BhashSMS is building India’s SME Engagement OS — powering WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, AI-generated audiences, and fully automated campaigns for 5–10 lakh SMEs.
We are now building:
• V2 Product
• BhashInfiniti (AI Data Platform)
• ChatOS
• Experiment Engine (Vibe Coding Team)
…and need a Product Manager who can OWN execution.

What You Will Own
1. Product Development (Core)
• Drive V2 UI/UX
• Create user flows for WhatsApp/SMS/RCS
• Convert founder vision → product requirements
• Manage engineering + design
• Ensure weekly releases
2. Growth Experiments
• Manage Vibe Coders
• Launch 5–10 micro-experiments per week
• Improve onboarding completion
• Improve lead-to-payment funnels
• Improve campaign success rate
• Build ChatOS flows & AI features
3. BhashInfiniti (AI Data)
• Work with CTO + DS team
• Convert data insights → features
• Design “Audience Suggestion” UX
• Build campaign intelligence dashboard
4. User Research + Customer Calls
• Speak to 10+ SMEs weekly
• Identify behavioural patterns
• Understand churn reasons
• Convert qualitative → product improvements

Success Metrics (KPIs)
The PM is successful if:
1. Weekly Releases (minimum 1 major, 3 minor)
2. Onboarding completion ↑ from 40% → 70%
3. Lead-to-payment ↑ from 4% → 7%
4. Campaign success score ↑
5. Retention ↑ from 50% → 65%+
6. Reduced support tickets

Must Have:
• SaaS or high-growth startup PM experience
• Strong analytics
• UI/UX understanding
• PRD writing
• JIRA/Linear
• A/B experimentation
• Knows APIs (basic)
Good to Have:
• WhatsApp API experience
• RCS/SMS domain experience
• Worked with DS/ML teams
• SQL basics
• Figma basics
• No-code tools (Zapier, Retool)
