Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager/ Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building Martech/Content/CMS products, influencing Customer Experience (CX) and leveraging AI. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive product innovation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Management:
• Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch evaluation and optimization.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on CX and AI-based solutions.
• Analyse client needs and develops tailored strategies to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and emerging trends in Martech/Content Systems, CX and AI.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10-14 years of experience in product management and business consulting.
• Experience in MarTech/Content/CMS, CX and AI-based solutions, with experience in any of commercial industries (CPG, Retail, Real Estate etc.)
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies- demonstrated agile experience and certifications such as SAFe PO/PM, CSPO etc.
