Product Manager
Cheiron
Job Description
PhnyX Lab, founded in 2024 and based in Silicon Valley, California, is a Stanford-based AI startup on a mission to revolutionize the pharmaceutical and medical industries. We’ve built Cheiron, a generative AI platform purpose-built for pharma, and in just 4 months since launch, we’ve captured 30% market share in the Korean pharmaceutical sector and are already generating meaningful revenue. All of this has been achieved pre-VC, backed instead by a $6M+ raise from leading angels—including several international tycoon families like SK and Samsung, and two co-authors of “Attention is All You Need.” We’re now growing our core team in Palo Alto and looking for exceptional AI and software engineers to join as founding engineers.
If you’re excited to shape core infrastructure, ship cutting‑edge GenAI products, and build systems that will redefine how pharmaceutical companies work—you’ll thrive here. The Role We’re looking for a data‑driven, execution-focused Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of Cheiron’s AI‑powered search engine — from concept to launch — and drive measurable product impact across the pharmaceutical domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and product execution , with strong ownership over defining user problems, prioritizing roadmaps, and aligning cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Define and manage product roadmaps and backlogs based on core metric priorities. Translate business and user insights into clear hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable plans. 2. Data‑Driven Decision‑Making Connect analytical insights to product decisions and performance improvements. 3.
Feature Definition & Delivery Draft PRDs, user stories, and product requirements with clear rationale and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. 4. Market & User Insight Conduct competitive, user, and market research to validate hypotheses and uncover unmet needs.
Partner with research and medical experts to identify high‑value problems and test product‑market fit. Keep in touch for hiring updates at Palo Alto, CA . #J-18808-Ljbffr
