Product Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in the insurance domain and IT industry to join our team. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, manage product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of insurance-related software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to insurance processes.
• Define and prioritize product backlog items and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business users.
• Translate insurance domain knowledge into functional specifications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure product meets business needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide project updates.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry and related processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with clients in US/UK.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Good Communications Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
